Clueless AI ("we," "us," or "our") is Your personalised What-to-Wear App. We are an AI stylist and wardrobe app that helps you decide outfits instantly. Discover what suits you, style what you own, and stop the outfit spiral.
By signing up for our waitlist, accessing our app, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
There is no minimum age requirement to use Clueless AI. However, access to the app is strictly invite-only. You must either possess a valid student ID card (for school or university students) or hold a unique referral code to join.
Users who sign up for our early-access waitlist are granted exclusive, priority entry without needing an invite code, ensuring they bypass the velvet rope when the app officially drops. By providing your information, you confirm that all details submitted are accurate.
Clueless AI operates as a highly personalized digital wardrobe (Riot Room) and an intelligent AI styling assistant (Clueless Hotline). You can digitize your closet by uploading photos of your clothes, and our AI will generate custom lookbooks, provide event-specific outfit recommendations, and offer fashion hacks.
We are not a traditional shopping app. While our AI may occasionally suggest third-party links to complete a look, our primary goal is to help you style what you already own. We do not sell physical products directly, nor do we guarantee the availability, quality, or fulfillment of items purchased through third-party links.
To provide a hyper-personalized experience, we collect information during sign-up and onboarding, including your name, email address, university/school details, city, and fashion preferences.
A core feature of Clueless AI requires you to upload images of your clothing to build your digital wardrobe. Your privacy is our absolute priority. All images you upload to your Riot Room are strictly private, securely stored, and used exclusively to train your personal AI stylist and generate outfit recommendations. We will never sell, rent, share, or misuse your uploaded images or personal data for third-party marketing purposes.
Certain advanced features and interactions with the Clueless Hotline require the use of in-app "Credits." Users may be granted free promotional credits upon joining or through our referral program. Additional credits can be purchased within the app using real money.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased and added to your account, they cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded to your original payment method, or transferred to another user, regardless of whether you use them or if your account is suspended or terminated.
Clueless AI provides styling recommendations, fashion knowledge, and outfit generation based on advanced artificial intelligence analysis of your wardrobe and preferences.
These recommendations are generated for entertainment, convenience, and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional styling, fashion, or lifestyle advice. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, cultural appropriateness, or perfection of every AI-generated outfit. Any decisions you make based on our AI's suggestions including purchasing new items from third parties are made entirely at your own discretion and risk.
All content, branding, aesthetics, software, AI models, and technology associated with Clueless AI are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from our app, website, or services without our prior written consent.
Clueless AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to technical glitches, lost wardrobe data, or dissatisfaction with AI styling suggestions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Clueless AI at our sole discretion, without notice or liability. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of violating these terms, providing false student ID information, abusing the referral system, or engaging in behavior that harms the app's community or infrastructure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Clueless AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these terms as we evolve and add new features. Continued use of Clueless AI after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
